Advanced Boot Camp – (8-wk class)

This 40-minute indoor boot camp class meets twice a week for six weeks and is designed for highly skilled participants who possess advanced knowledge, ability, and experience in exercise. Classes progress every week as a certified personal trainer challenges participants through a variety of workouts.

Date/Time: 40-Minute Group Sessions on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 12:00 pm at Health Directions

Cost:

  • $100 for Health Directions members;
  • $150 for non-members (LMC employees – 10% discount).

Better Balance – (4-wk class)

This 50-minute small group class meets twice a week for one month to focus on enhance posture, endurance, and strength to improve balance through body weight and low impact exercises that replicate real-life movements.

Cost: Includes four-week membership to Health Directions

  • $100 for Health Directions members;

EDGE Boot Camp – (6-wk class)

This 45-minute beginner indoor boot camp program is designed to guide participants towards greater outcomes with exercise and nutrition through easy-to-follow hands-on application and lecture.

Date/Time: 50-Minute Group Sessions on Wednesdays at 5:30 pm at Health Directions

Cost: Includes six-week membership to Health Directions

  • $90 for Health Directions members;
  • $140 for non-members (LMC employees – 10% discount).

Intermediate Boot Camp – (8-wk class)

This 40-minute indoor boot camp class meets twice a week for six weeks and is designed for more experienced participants who possess knowledge and skill in exercise. Classes progress every week as a certified personal trainer challenges participants through a variety of workouts.

Nutritional Counseling

Meet with LMC RD, Jenny Prince for one-on-one sessions to discuss your nutritional concerns, such as cholesterol, blood pressure, weight management, digestive problems, diabetes food intolerance/allergies, sports performance and more.

Cost:

  • Initial Cost: $50 Members/$60 Non-members (50 min)
  • Followup: $25 Members/$35 Non-members (30 min)

Appointments times are limited. 24-hour cancellation notice is required.

Self Defense – (8-wk class)

This 45-minute group session meets once a week for eight weeks and is designed to address the most common and dangerous threats facing potential victims. Participants will learn simple and effective techniques for awareness, leverage and proper timing to escape from seemingly impossible situations.

Date/Time: 45-Minute Group Sessions on Tuesdays at 6:00 pm at LMC main campus auditorium and Wednesdays at 12:30 pm at Health Directions

Cost:

  • $100 for Health Directions members & LMC employees;

Starter Strength Specialty I – (4-wk class)

This 40-minute small group class meets twice a week with a certified personal trainer for one month to learn how to properly perform basic free-weight exercises to maximize workouts, avoid injury and focus on goals.

Date/Time: 40-Minute Group Sessions on Mondays and Wednesdays at 3:30 pm OR Tuesdays and Thursdays at 7:00 am at Health Directions

Starter Strength Specialty II – (4-wk class)

This 40-minute small group class meets twice a week with a certified personal trainer for one month to build on skills acquired in Starter Strength I. Participants will perform Kettlebell movements, Kettlebell Complexes and Compound body weight movements. Prerequisite: Starter Strength I
