Find the Right Class for You

We offer many classes ranging from beginner to advanced levels that will help you achieve your fitness goals.


 Yoga & Pilates

Energized Yoga

Join in on this more active style of yoga to get your blood moving. This class is designed to energize and center you. Class includes warm-up, energized poses, and stretching.

Therapeutic Yoga

Offers tools from hatha yoga to improve general health and address specific areas of challenge, limitation, and enjoyment. Class is centered around the specific benefits of various postures, movement sequences, breath techniques, & meditation.

Yin Yoga

This slow pace meditative style of yoga is designed to improve your range of motion by holding static stretches for 2-4 minutes.  This focus on connective tissue increases circulation and joint flexibility.


Engage your body, mind, and spirit through the practice of Yoga. Participants will engage in dynamic, energetic, and calming movements to encourage the development of strength, body awareness, stamina, balance, and mindfulness. All experience levels are welcome.

Pilates Fundamentals

(4-wk class) Offered to those who have never taken Pilates. Learn the basics of Pilates and breath control. Upon registration, you will receive a Pilates pass to be given to your instructor at each lesson.

Pilates Level 1

Bridge between Pilates Fundamentals and Pilates classes. You will increase your skill and comfort level.

Pilates Level 2

For participants who are comfortable with the basic skills of Pilates. Challenge yourself and increase your knowledge in this bridge between Level 1 and Props classes.


 Cycle Classes

Intro to Cycle

This 30-minute class is offered to those who have never taken cycle. Learn the basics of cycling and enjoy a 20-minute ride. A ‘must’ for all new riders.

Beginner Cycle

For those ready to move on from the Intro class and improve riding skills.


45-minute class to challenge your cardiovascular and muscular endurance as you ride.


 Group Fitness/Cross Training

Cardio Challenge

Increase your strength, stamina, cardiovascular endurance, and agility in this class.  Class uses a variety of equipment (step, jump rope, tubing, weights, stability ball, kettlebells) and features a full-body workout combining cardio intervals with muscular endurance training.

Cardio Dance

Enjoy a fun cardiovascular workout while moving to the rhythm of great music! Class features a variety of dancing styles.

Chair Cardio

Energizing and easy to follow movements to promote cardiovascular endurance.  This class utilizes a chair for balance of seated support while performing safe and effective moves.

Fit Forever

Complete fitness class with cardiovascular and muscle conditioning for individuals new to fitness and older adults. Good for participants with exercise limitations.


(High Intensity Interval Training) – This intense 30-minute class uses a variety of equipment and features challenging intervals for a combined cardiovascular and strength workout.


(Low-Intensity Sustained State) – This 30-minute class incorporates low to moderate intensity aerobic movements to maintain a steady state throughout the entire workout.


 Muscular and Core Conditioning

Advanced Boot Camp

(6-wk class) 40-minute indoor boot is designed for highly skilled participants who possess well-rounded knowledge, ability, and experienced in exercise.  ***Additional fee and registration required.

Barre None

A ballet inspired workout designed to challenge your core stability and balance. This 45 minute class launches a total body workout that tones your abs, hips, and seat.

Core Fusion

This 30-minute class is based in Pilates and features moves from a variety of disciplines designed to strengthen and tone the muscles in your core.

Fit Forever Sculpt

Movement and muscular conditioning class. Participants may choose to sit in a chair and/or stand using chair for balance if needed. Perfect for those with limitations in mobility and/or balance.

Flexibility Fundamentals

Class designed to increase range of motion, decrease delayed onset muscle soreness, and aid in injury prevention. Class will utilize foam rollers, resistance bands, and lacrosse balls.


Enjoy dance and movement techniques that combine systematic breathing with slow specific movement to enhance balance, strength, stretch, and promote proper body alignment. This class utilizes equipment including bands, balls, and small weights.

Intermediate Boot Camp

(6-wk class) 40-minute indoor boot is designed for more experienced participants who possess more advanced knowledge and skill in exercise.  ***Additional fee and registration required.

Kettlebells Fundamentals

Beginner class teaches the basic moves for training w/ Kettlebells. Registration required. Class limit: 8.

Kettlebells Level 1

Kettlebells work the entire body emphasizing the hips, hamstrings and core musculature. Pre-requisite: KB Fundamentals. Must have healthy hips, backs, shoulders and knees.

Kettlebells Level 2

Kettlebell training goes to the next level of strength and conditioning.
Pre-requisite: KB Fundamentals.

Kettlebells / TRX Fusion

This 50-minute ultimate class combines the best of TRX and Kettlebells for an overall powerful workout. Class begins with TRX intervals followed by Kettlebells conditioning. Pre-requisite: KB Fundamentals

Pure Strength

Strength training class with body bars, hand weights, and other resistance equipment, designed to increase overall strength and muscle tone.

Strength Circuit

This total body workout is designed to increase your muscular strength by targeting all your major muscle groups. This class utilizes equipment including weights, resistance bands, body bars, and more!


A total body strength-training group fitness class designed by HD staff for participants of all skill levels and ages.


Total body conditioning class using dumbbells, body bars, balls, tubing, & dynabands. A must for all levels!  Great beginner class.

TRX® Suspension Training

With TRX® Suspension Training, participants harness their own body weight to create resistance as they train to build core and overall strength.

Pre-Requisites: A strong awareness of your body in space, a strong spine, and healthy joints.

  • TRX® Fundamentals: New to TRX? Let us show you the basics in this 30-minute intro session. Participants will learn how to set up and use the TRX, as well as how to adjust resistance and stability to progress exercises. Participants will also learn how to properly execute a basic set of foundational exercises. New participants are strongly encouraged to attend this class before progressing to a Body Blast class.
  • TRX® Body Blast: Join in on our 30-minute full-body TRX® workout to build overall strength, balance, and flexibility. Open to all levels; prior completion of TRX® Intro is strongly recommended.
  • TRX® / Kettlebell Fusion: This 50-minute ultimate class combines the best of TRX and Kettlebells for an overall powerful workout.  Class begins with TRX intervals followed by Kettlebells conditioning.  Pre-requisite: KB Fundamentals
