We offer many classes ranging from beginner to advanced levels that will help you achieve your fitness goals.
Yoga & Pilates
Chair Yoga
Enjoy the exploration of alignment, strength, balance, flexibility, breath, and relaxation in this supportive chair-based class. This class offers Yoga benefits using a chair as a prop for support, balance, and advancing the pose as appropriate for every participant. No Yoga experience needed.
Power Yoga
This 45-minute fun, upbeat flow-based yoga class uses dynamic sequencing to cultivate stability, balance, flexibility, and strength. You will flow between effort and ease to warm up your body, increase your heart rate, and improve flexibility. Modifications are offered for all experience levels.
Restorative Yoga
Enjoy a restful practice style of yoga as you hold poses effortlessly for a longer duration with the support of props like yoga blocks, blankets, and bolsters. This 45-minute class is a practice of deep relaxation that emphasizes the meditative aspect of yoga—the union of body and mind.
Serenity
This 30-minute meditation chair class includes light stretching and deep breathing.
Yin Yoga
This slow pace meditative style of yoga is designed to improve your range of motion by holding static stretches for 2-4 minutes. This focus on connective tissue increases circulation and joint flexibility.
Yoga
Engage your body, mind, and spirit through the practice of Yoga. Participants will engage in dynamic, energetic, and calming movements to encourage the development of strength, body awareness, stamina, balance, and mindfulness. All experience levels are welcome.
Yoga Fundamentals
Learn basic yoga poses and sequences for the beginner, and develop a foundation to transition more advanced Yoga classes. This class is also great for anyone looking to strengthen the foundation of their existing yoga practice.
Pilates Fundamentals
(4-wk class) Offered to those who have never taken Pilates. Learn the basics of Pilates and breath control. Upon registration, you will receive a Pilates pass to be given to your instructor at each lesson.
Pilates
Focus on your body’s core — the abdomen, obliques, lower back, inner and outer thigh, butt, to develop much of what exercisers need — strength, flexibility, muscular endurance, coordination, balance, and good posture.
Cycle Classes
Intro/Beginner Cycle
This class is designed for beginner riders to learn the basics of cycling. A ‘must’ for all new riders.
Cycle
Class to challenge your cardiovascular and muscular endurance. Each class is full of energy-powered intervals, hill climbs, sprints and drills to build endurance, strength, and speed.
Group Fitness/Cross Training
Cardio
Experience various styles of cardio activities to improve cardiovascular endurance, such as hi-lo, kickboxing, dance, and athletic drills in this high energy class. All cardio workouts will have you sweating, smiling, and having fun! All fitness levels welcome!
Cardio Dance
Enjoy a fun cardiovascular workout while moving to the rhythm of great music! This class features a variety of dancing styles.
Cardio/Strength
Experience a full-body cardio & strength training workout in one! Cardio portions may include hi-lo, kickboxing, dance, step, athletic drills, and cycle! Strength segments will consist of total body exercises using dumbbells, kettlebells, body bars, exercise bands, BOSU trainers, stability balls, and more! No previous experience required. All fitness levels welcome!
Intro to Cardio Dance
This fun class is designed for beginners to introduce the basics move techniques of various dance styles.
Low Impact Cardio
Complete fitness class with cardiovascular and muscle conditioning for individuals new to fitness and older adults. Good for participants with exercise limitations.
Zumba®
Enjoy a mixture of low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. This class is a total workout, combining all fitness elements – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance, flexibility, boosted energy, and a serious dose of awesome each time you leave class.
Muscular and Core Conditioning
Barre
A ballet inspired workout designed to challenge your core stability and balance. This class launches a total body workout that tones your abs, hips, and seat.
Core Fusion
This 30-minute class is based in Pilates and features moves from a variety of disciplines designed to strengthen and tone the muscles in your core.
EDGE Boot Camp
(6-wk class) 45-minute beginner indoor boot camp program designed to guide participants towards greater outcomes with exercise and nutrition through hands-on application and lecture. From easy-to-follow nutrition plans to customized workouts and two hours of individualized coaching, you’ll start moving in the right direction. ***Additional fee and registration required.
Fluidity
Enjoy dance and movement techniques that combine systematic breathing with slow specific movement to enhance balance, strength, stretch, and promote proper body alignment. This class utilizes equipment including bands, balls, and small weights.
Intermediate Boot Camp
(6-wk class) This 40-minute indoor boot is designed for more experienced participants who possess more advanced knowledge and skill in exercise. Each session challenges participants with a variety of workouts, and classes progress every week. Each session includes 16 classes, body composition measurements and nutritional guidance. ***Additional fee and registration required.
Kettlebells Fundamentals
Beginner class teaches the basic moves for training w/ Kettlebells. Registration required.
Kettlebells Level 1
Kettlebells work the entire body emphasizing the hips, hamstrings and core musculature. Pre-requisite: KB Fundamentals. Must have healthy hips, backs, shoulders and knees.
Kettlebells Level 2
Kettlebell training goes to the next level of strength and conditioning. Pre-requisite: KB Fundamentals. Must have healthy hips, backs, shoulders and knees.
Kickstart Orientation
Designed for the true beginner who needs more explanation and handout reminders. Great for all levels!
Leg, Core, & More
This class focuses on building lower body and core strength with a mix of standing, sitting, and mat exercises. A stretch completes the workout for proper recovery and to improve flexibility.
Mobility Fundamentals
This 30-minute class is designed to increase range of motion, decrease delayed onset muscle soreness, and aid in injury prevention. Class will utilize foam rollers, resistance bands, and lacrosse balls.
Strength
Enjoy this total body workout designed to increase your muscular strength by targeting all your major muscle groups. This class utilizes equipment, dumbbells, kettlebells, body bars, exercise bands, BOSU trainers, stability balls, and more! A must for all levels!
STRONG Nation™
This 50-minute class combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio, and plyometric training moves. In each class, you will burn calories while toning arms, legs, abs, and glutes through plyometric or explosive moves like high knees, burpees, and jumping jacks interchanged with isometric moves like lunges, squats, and kickboxing.
