Kettlebell Clinic

This course provides 0.5 ACE, 6 HD Continuing Education Credits

Learn to design and teach a safe and effective kettlebell class.  Review kettlebell fundamentals and discuss basic physiology as it applies to kettlebells.

Kettlebell Clinic 2 – Doubles

This course provides 0.5 ACE, 6 HD Continuing Education Credits

Learn and practice double kettlebell exercises (using 2 kettle bells) following a review of foundational kettle bell exercises.   Discuss sequencing, safety, and proper form.  Review class programming guidelines, including how to program for strength vs. endurance workouts.  Class includes physical practice of single and double kettlebell exercises to help participants master them.

Intervals, Circuits & Boot Camps, oh my! Creating Effective Workouts for Time-Crunched Clients

This course provides 0.4 ACE 4 HD Continuing Education Credits

Learn effective and efficient workouts that are challenging and fun. This workshop will engage fitness professionals in a discussion about the new physical activity guidelines for Americans and in several interventions designed to maximize time and get results. Discuss and demonstrate safety and modifications for each modality, and language to use/avoid to ensure an inclusive environment.
